How to apply — from form to listed installer in 7 days
Becoming an ECBC authorised installer is a 5-step journey, from your initial registration through hands-on training at our Windsor HQ to being publicly listed on the ecbc.uk installer directory. Most applicants complete the process within 7–10 working days.
5-STEP APPLICATION PROCESS
Submit your details via the Register Today form on the Become Authorised page — name, company, qualifications, and your preferred training route. We confirm receipt within 1 working day.
Confirm your Part P, 18th Edition Electrical, or Gas Safe credentials. No prior electric boiler experience required — many trainees install their first ELEKTRA the day after attending.
Pick from FREE in-person sessions at our Windsor HQ (Friday mornings or afternoons) or our online CPD-certified module library. Combine both for the strongest foundation.
Hands-on with live ELEKTRA, SMART and GUIVAL boilers. Cover wiring, commissioning, fault diagnosis (F1/F4/F5/F8), accessory installation and Care Plan resale. Lunch included.
Receive your CPD certificate, authorised installer ID, and a public listing on the ecbc.uk directory. Trade pricing, priority Tech Helpline, customer leads, and 10-year warranty eligibility unlock.
