Register your Elektra or Guival Electric Combi Boiler’s warranty within 30 days of purchase to gain access to the full warranty coverage provided by the manufacturer, Fiamma, and the Electric Combi Boilers Company.
Elektra Silvertouch and Skytouch series and Guival Small electric boilers purchased from January 2025 will come with an EXTENDED warranty of up to 10 years for Elektra boilers and up to 5 years for Guival boilers.

You will find your boiler serial number, model and kW on the data plate located on your boiler and on the warranty certificate supplied with it.
Elektra Silvertouch and Skytouch series boilers come with up to 10 years and Guival Small boilers up to 5 years, when purchased from January 2025 and registered within 30 days.
If you do not register within 30 days of purchase you may lose access to the extended warranty coverage. Please register as soon as possible to ensure full protection.

A sacrificial anode protects the internal tank from corrosion. It is consumed over time and must be replaced every 3-5 years to keep your boiler protected and the warranty valid.
