Our care plans are available for boilers located within 100 miles of Windsor, providing top-tier service and peace of mind within a wide area. If your boiler is located between 101 and 200 miles, you can still benefit from our expert coverage with an excess of £100 per claim. No matter where you are, we’re committed to keeping your boiler running smoothly.
Our Boiler Care Plan offers reliable coverage for ELEKTRA COMPACT SERIES 016 and over, ELEKTRA Silvertouch Series and GUIVAL SMALL electric boilers, providing peace of mind for your home heating and hot water system.
In addition to regular repairs, the Pro Plan ensures your boiler runs optimally with an annual service and quicker repair response times.
Coverage is valid only for boilers within 200 miles of Windsor and is subject to terms and conditions. It applies to domestic properties owned by the plan holder. While boilers located between 101 and 200 miles from Windsor can access the coverage of these plans, each visit will incur in an excess of £100 to be paid at the moment of booking the Callout.
Engineer callouts, diagnosis and repair of covered faults, and spare parts up to £150 per year (as set out in your chosen plan).
Damage from misuse or third-party interference, non-approved installations, and any parts or works excluded in the full Terms & Conditions.
A compliant installation with the required accessories, an eligible boiler series, and an up-to-date service history.
Plans are paid monthly on a minimum 12-month contract. Cancellation terms are set out in the full Terms & Conditions.
